Donation & Refund Policy

Annapurna Seva · An Anna Daan initiative of Agnitra Foundation

Last updated: 4 October 2026

Thank you for supporting Annapurna Seva. This page explains how your donation is used, how you receive your receipt, and what to do if something goes wrong with a payment.

1. Who receives your donation

All donations made on this website go to Agnitra Foundation, the organisation that runs Annapurna Seva in Vrindavan and Govardhan. Payments are made through UPI (ID: AGNITRAFOUNDATION@icici) or through Razorpay, a secure payment gateway regulated in India. We never see or store your card or bank details.

2. How your donation is used

A donation made for a festival or in the name of ancestors (for example, during Pitru Paksha or Navratri) is used for meals served during that seva period.

3. 80G receipt

Donations to Agnitra Foundation are eligible for tax benefit under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. To receive your 80G receipt, share your full name, phone number, email address, PAN and payment reference with us on WhatsApp (+91 98670 71108) or by email (agnitrafoundation@gmail.com). We send the receipt by email. Cash donations above ₹2,000 are not eligible for 80G.

4. Refunds

Donations are voluntary and are used for seva soon after they are received, so they are generally not refundable. We will refund a payment in these cases:

To ask for a refund, contact us within 7 days of the payment with your name, phone number, amount, date and payment reference (UPI reference or Razorpay payment ID).
WhatsApp / call: +91 98670 71108 · Email: agnitrafoundation@gmail.com

Approved refunds are returned to the same account or card used for the payment, usually within 7–10 working days. If an 80G receipt was already issued for that amount, it will be cancelled.

5. Monthly donations

You can stop a monthly donation at any time by sending us a message on WhatsApp or by email. Payments already made before the request are not refunded.

6. Your details

We use your name, phone number and email only to process your donation, send your receipt and share seva updates. We do not sell your details. This website uses cookies and measurement tools (Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) to understand visits and improve our appeals. Read the full Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
